ROCTRAX are slowly but surely taking over the Tokyo club scene, even we have got in on the act having MYSS play at our last Short Pants Party.
TAAR is the lovely chap who showed up to support MYSS and it turns out that not only his big brother is DJ MAAR, but he has lived in Leeds and likes to DJ Electro and Dubstep we just couldn’t resist a cheeky interview with him.
1- What is going to be big this year?
Some things never change, however I think there will be an old school revival.
2- Who is your favorite band/musician of all time?
OASIS!!!! and CASSIUS
3- Where is your favorite place in Tokyo?
KUNITACHI It’s my home town.
4- What are you favorite fashion brands/styles?
UNIQLO and ROCSTAR.

A hoody!

7- Who is the coolest guy AND the coolest girl on the tokyo party scene at the moment?
I can’t decide, everybody always says “I am coolest!”.
8- Please recommend a new band, dj, designer or artist to our readers.
BAZZ (ROC TRAX) He is a young, upcoming and cool DJ in TOKYO. His mix was recommended by EROL ALKAN. He will be the next big DJ on the Tokyo scene.
9- Fuji Rock or Summer Sonic?
I like both.
