MYSS have been DJing and producing tracks for years and are part of one of Tokyo’s best electronic music crews, ROC TRAX.
MYSS’ first full-length album, MYSS TAKE is released on May 19th. Mainly working as a solo artist now, MYSS will be performing at our Short Pants Party.

2- Who is your favorite band/artist of all time?
Daft Punk and Todd Edwards.
3- Where is your favorite place in Tokyo?
Harajuku, because it’s always changing. When I lived in Aichi Prefecture I’d always come to Harajuku to hang out.
4- What are you favorite fashion brands/styles?
ROC STAR.
5- What is the last thing you bought?
An inCase laptop backpack. It has really supportive straps. Even if you put heavy things inside, it still feels light.
6- What is the last song you listened to?
Broken Bells – The High Road.
7- Who is the coolest guy AND girl on the tokyo party scene at the moment?
Bazz/Taar from ROC TRAX and DJ Kyoko.
8- Please recommend a new band or artist to our readers.
Katsuhiro Otomo. He’s not so new, but he’s the artist of the manga ‘Akira’. I recommend his movie ‘Freedom’.
9- Fuji Rock or Summer Sonic?
Both.
10- Tokyo or Osaka?
Tokyo. It’s an exciting city. The atmosphere stimulates and inspires me.
Finally, what do you never leave your house without?
My iPhone and my cigarettes.
