Prestigious Restaurant Petrus, London Re-Opening March 29th
Petrus is part of the Gordon Ramsay Group, and is getting ready to open under new Head Chef Sean Burbidge offering a modern European menu.
Petrus has undergone a full interior re-design which will include a beautiful open cellar in the centre displaying over two thousand bottles of wine and a Chef’s table located in the kitchen, the whole place will be decorated with calming tones of oyster and the trademark claret red designed by the Russell Stage Studio, it’s also moved to a new location at 1 Kinnerton Street in Knightsbridge. Jean-Philippe Susilovic is also tipped to return as the restaurant director.
